The Control Unit Contains:

PCB, and pressure compensation circuitry)

Front Panel Display Board
•
5 digit LED meter
•
2 line, 20 character, alphanumeric, VFD display
•
Temperature Controller
The Analysis Unit contains:
•
Paramagnetic sensor
•
Sample System with flowmeter
•
Oven
The major components of the Control Unit are shown in Figure 5-3. The 24V
sensor power supply is located along side of the temperature controller.
The control unit power supply is located on the rear panel PCB. These
components are not visible in this picture.

this manual.
The Front Panel Display, LED and display PCB as well as the
temperature controller are accessible from the front simply by swinging
opening the front panel. Use a small screwdriver or other implement less
than 0.18 inch wide and press on the button in the center of the latch in the
upper right hand corner of the panel. The panel is hinged on the left side
and will swing open like a door.
WARNING: HAZARDOUS VOLTAGES EXIST INSIDE THE
CONTROL UNIT WHICH MAY PERSIST EVEN AFTER
THE POWER HAS BEEN TURNED OFF AND
DISCONNECTED.
THE INSTRUMENT REMAINS ENERGIZED EVEN
AFTER THE STANDBY BUTTON ON THE LOWER
RIGHT OF THE FRONT PANEL IS PRESSED. THIS
BUTTON ONLY REMOVES POWER FROM THE
DISPLAYS AND THE OUTPUTS. THE REST OF THE
INSTRUMENT IS STILL ENERGIZED.
