Open the 'File->Properties' pull down menu and click the ASCII Setup'
button and configure the settings as shown below.

Dismiss both screens by clicking the OK button and enter the command
'AZI' to check if the connection was successful, as seen in the following
screen..
In the 'Port Settings' screen enter the values as shown in the picture below
and click the 'OK' button.
