WIRING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR METAL
CARGO TRAY
1. Place grommets into opening on rear of cargo
tray on each side.
2. Check to make sure the grommet is seated
correctly from the inside of the carrier.
3. Firmly press tail lamp housings into grommets
on both sides of cargo tray.
5. Plug the harness into the back of the tail lamp
housing.
8. Route 4-flat to the front of the tray and avoid any
locations that could cut or pinch the wires.

4. Route the 3-way plug with a Yellow wire from
under the cargo tray up through the steel grate
directly behind the tail lamp housing on driver
side of the cargo tray.
6. Route the 3-way plug with Green wire under the
cargo tray over to the passenger side tail lamp.
Repeat step 5 for this plug.
7. Cover wires with black tubing and secure the
harness with cable ties to the bottom of the tray.
