GMT Fuse Distribution
CAUTION: Total current maximum is 30A.

DC Output for Model 030-835-20/ 030-845-20 (bulk distribution)
Models 030-835-20 and 030-845-20 have no integrated distribution. Output connections are made using
1/4" on 5/8" center 2-hole lugs that connect to the main output bars similar to the 030-851-20 battery
terminations.

CAN Ports
The 3 and 4-module shelf, 1 RU model with CXCM1, has a single CAN port for communications with CAN-
enabled equipment (nodes). It is located on the side of the shelf. The 5-module shelf has two ports, one on
each side. The 2RU shelf has two ports on the side.
Daisy-chain from node to node (CAN OUT of one node to CAN IN of another) as necessary and ensure
that only the last node is terminated.
•
4-module shelf – termination IN – default
•
5-module shelf – termination OUT – default
NOTE: This system has a limit of twelve Cordex 1.2kW rectifiers; they do not have self-powered CAN Bus nodes.
5.10
Network Connection and Remote Communications via CXCM1
The Cordex system can be set up, monitored and tested via modem or ETHERNET 10/100 Base-T serial
data connection. The communication protocol supports a web interface. Some standard scenarios are
described in the following sections.
