3. Meaning of the symbols
Disposal as per directive WEEE 2002/96 EC
At the end of its useful life, dispose of the product according to the applicable legal
requirements. Within the EU, the product and its accessories must be collected and
disposed of separately. Devices that have been marked accordingly may not be disposed
of as domestic waste. Please contact your dealer or dispose of the products at the local
collection point for electronic waste.
This symbol indicates important notes in these operating instructions, which must be
observed.
You see this symbol when there are special tips and notes on the operation of the unit.
4. Safety information
This device uses Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV). The circuits of the zones, the circuits of the switch
outputs and the 12 V power supply of the Terxon alarm centres also fall into this voltage range.
SELV is a low electrical current that, based on its low level and insulation compared to higher voltage
circuits, offers special protection against electric shocks.
