HIGH PRESSURE
HIGH PRESSURE ALARM
with external pressure
switch
High pressure for tripping of high pressure switch
connected to AUX1. Blocks pump operation as long as
the alarm lasts. It is active in both manual and

automatic operating mode.
OVERVOLTAGE
EXTERNAL TRIP DEVICE
configured as
Overvoltage /
Undervoltage
External trip device for over/undervoltage connected to
AUX2.
The board inhibits any function as long as the block
remains.
It is excluded in manual operating mode.
OVERTEMPERATURE EXTERNAL TRIP DEVICE
configured as
Overtemperature
External trip device for overtemperature connected to
AUX2.
The board inhibits any function as long as the block
remains. It is excluded in manual operating mode.
EXT.TRIP DEVICE
EXTERNAL TRIP DEVICE
configured as External
block
External trip device connected to AUX2.
The board inhibits any function as long as the block
remains.
It is excluded in manual operating mode.
MIN.PRES.THRESH.
MINIMUM PRESSURE
ALARM (by sensor)
Pressure lower than the set minimum for a time greater
than the set delay.
It is excluded in manual operating mode.
If the alarm is activated for three consecutive times at
intervals of one minute, the board inhibits the
automatic operation; a manual reset is required.
CONVEYOR LIMIT
TRIPPING OF MINIMUM
PRESSURE SWITCH
ALARM
Tripping of minimum pressure switch CONV.L.SWITCH
(AUX3).
If the CONV.L.SWITCH trips on input AUX3, not during
autotest but in normal operation, after waiting the set
delay time the board activates all the pumps in
sequence to restore pressure.
When the presence of the CONV.L.SWITCH alarm
ceases, all the pumps are stopped, if there is no request
from sensors/pressure switches.
Two different situations are contemplated. Tripping of
CONV.L.SWITCH without any request to run the pumps:
in this case there could be a malfunction of the sensor,
of the pressure switches, or of the adjustment values.
Tripping of CONV.L.SWITCH with the pumps running
following a request for operation; in this case one or
more pumps might not be efficient (incorrect direction
of rotation, damaged hydraulics, closed valve).
It is excluded in manual operating mode.
LOW WATER
ALARM
LOW WATER ALARM
(by probes/float)
Low water signal from probe circuit HIGH. LOW, COM
to terminals 22 – 23- 24 causes stopping of all active
pumps.
It is excluded in manual operating mode.
OVERLOAD P#
PTC P# FAILURE
OVERLOAD ALARM /
PTC FAILURE PUMP no.
#
Tripping of the thermal relay or of the PTC external
probe with blocking of the respective pump.
The “Overload/Ptc” signal depends on the set value
(§6.2.8).
AUTOTEST FAIL P#
AUTOTEST FAILED
ALARM
Autotest failed due to tripping of CONV.L.SWITCH. on
pump #.
SENSOR# ALARM
SENSOR # ALARM
Faulty sensor 4-20 mA alarm.
Sensor signal(s) below the minimum.
