SAFETY
Prior to working with any product, be sure to read
labels and the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Take
necessary health and safety precautions.
STORAGE
Keep temperature of contents between 65°F-85°F (18°C-
29°C) 24 hours prior to use. Do not store in direct sunlight
or high temperatures 90°F (32°C) and higher.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All work surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dirt, dust,
debris, oils, loose and/or embedded gravel, un-adhered
coatings, deteriorated membrane and other contaminants
that may result in a surface that is not sound or is uneven.
For re-cover applications apply Weather-Tite Universal
Primer or Weather-Tite Surface Treatment to all
substrates prior to the application of Weather-Tite One
Step Foamable Adhesive.
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply to a wet surface •
Not recommended for use with insulation boards larger •
than 4’ x 4’ (1.2m x 1.2m)
Do not use warped or curled insulation boards. All

insulation boards must lay flat upon the roof surface
When applying Weather-Tite One Step Foamable

Adhesive over a smooth or sanded APP roof surface
Weather-Tite Surface Treatment will be required.
Weather-Tite One Step Foamable Adhesive

Coverage estimates indicate total sq.ft. of insulation
attachment per case. Rates are based on an application
pattern of 4 ribbons, ¼” to ½” (0.635cm to 1.27cm) wide,
12”(30cm) o.c. per 4’ x 4’ (1.2m x 1.2m) insulation board.

WARRANTY
WTT Systems, LLC guarantees this product to be free
of manufactured defects for the shelf life period of 12
months from date of manufacture. All claims must be
made in writing within 12 months of the original purchase.
