URPOSE
When Epsio is not able to automatically detect the playfield limits, the operator
has to validate the playfield limits manually as explained in the section 3.2.2 ‘How
to Validate the Playfield Limits’, on page 63.
In extreme cases, shots do not display any playfield line. This is the case, for
example, with a close-up between the central line and the 16-meter line, as shown
below:
In such a situation, you can use additional points, which are not included in the
original mapping model, to validate the playfield limits.
It is recommended to add the additional points at this stage of the calibration.
