4.5.1. OnChip IDE Device
The Setup utility program allows updates to the system configuration settings. The BIOS setup values will be saved in the CMOS. It is
executed when you change the system configuration, you change the system backup battery, or the system detects a configuration error and
asks you to run the Setup program. Use the arrow keys to select, and press Enter to run the selected program
.
IDE HDD Block Mode Lets you activate or close the "IDE HDD Block Mode" function.
IDE DMA Transfer access Lets you activate or close the "IDE DMA Transfer access" function.
On-Chip Primary PCI IDE Lets you activate or close the "On-Chip Primary PCI IDE" function.
IDE Primary Master PIO Lets you specify the parameter to "Auto", "Mode 0", "Mode 1", "Mode 2", "Mode 3" or "Mode 4".
IDE Primary Slave PIO Lets you specify the parameter to "Auto", "Mode 0", "Mode 1", "Mode 2", "Mode 3" or "Mode 4".
IDE Primary Master UDMA Lets you close this function or allows BIOS to auto detect the parameter. The options are: "Disabled" and
"Auto".
