Removing a drive

1. Pull the drive carrier handle to release the

latch.

2. Slide the drive carrier out of the controller

box.

3. Place the drive carrier face down and

remove four screws from the base that are
securing the drive inside the carrier.

4. Lift the disk drive slightly out of the carrier

and detach the power and IDE or SATA
connectors.

5. Lift out the disk drive.
