The PANTIN (left or right) is not
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The PANTIN is an accessory to aid in
progression. It facilitates rope climbing
by helping keep the body upright but
it does not protect against falls from
height.
Use the hole only for carrying the
PANTIN on a belt.
Never attach yourself to the device with
a lanyard.
This product must not be loaded
beyond its strength rating, nor be used
for any purpose other than that for
which it is designed.
WARNING
Activities involving the use of
this equipment are inherently
dangerous.
You are responsible for your own
actions and decisions.
Before using this equipment, you must:
- Read and understand all instructions
for use.
- Get specific training in its proper use.
- Become acquainted with its
capabilities and limitations.

Principal materials: aluminum alloy for the frame,
chrome steel for the cam.
Before each use
Verify that the product is free of cracks, deformation,
marks, wear, corrosion, etc.
Before each use, visually inspect the device for wear of the
straps and frame, and the condition of the cam (spring and
axle).
WARNING, do not use a PANTIN that has missing or worn-
out teeth.
WARNING: Be careful of foreign bodies which can impede
the operation of the cam.

On the inside of the foot: The straps are fully adjustable to adapt to your footwear and to allow the height to be
altered (low position for more power, high position for better comfort).
