Make these entries:

Enter 192.168.0.50. If you are setting up
more than one computer, use different IP
addresses. For example, enter 192.168.0.50
for the first computer and 192.168.0.51 for
the next computer.

Type the computer's MAC address.

Lease Time
Leave the default setting.

Click Save Changes and then Write Setting to Flash to
save the IP address to permanent memory. Now your
computer will always be assigned this address.
