Check water level of batteries after charging;
add distilled water if necessary.

Visually check for damaged or worn tires. *
Check pad for proper installation. *
Check dust vacuum hose connections. *
Check both pedals, brake and steering for
proper operation.

Check dust bag. *
Charge batteries. *
Clean off top of batteries. *
Check battery cells with hydrometer. *
Check battery connections are tight. *
Clean battery cases and battery compartment. *
Clean and check drive tension chain for wear
and tension.

Check parking brake. *
Clean pivot points on burnishing head. *
Check drive motor for carbon brush wear. *
Check steering chain tension. *
NOTE: The pad drive motor contains no carbon brushes and requires no service.
