The status bit is set when one or more bytes are available to be read from the Output
Queue.
The status bit is set when one or more errors are present in the Error Queue. The ERROR?
query will place a nr1 and string response message in the Output Queue representing the error at
the head of the queue. If the queue is empty this message will be 0, "No error".
