indicating whether the phase modulation is locally ON or
OFF

or PM2:MODF? Prepares message containing information on PM modulation oscillator
setting in one of the following formats:
:PM:MODF:VALUE ;;INC
:PM1:MODF:VALUE ;;INC

where: is a program mnemonic representing the waveform
shape.
