Adjusting exposure
Use

to select the preferable exposure setting from 11 levels. If [AUTO] is selected, the automatic exposure
adjustment feature is enabled, automatically setting the exposure best suited to your originals.
Adjusting contrast
Use

to select the preferable contrast setting from 9 levels.
The contrast setting is available only when [FULL COLOR] or [AUTO COLOR] is selected for the color mode setting.
Adjusting background density
With the background adjustment setting, you can lighten or darken the background of your scans. Use
