Cooking advice
Place the frozen food item, for example, spinach, in the pan. Add liquid according
the manufacturer's instructions. Cover the pan. Select the 140-160ºF (60-70º C)
temperature range. Stir occasionally.
Cook with little liquid, or a level below the reference mark. Always cover the pan
When cooking foods that produce a lot of foam, also cover the pan. This saves
energy.
Cook the foods at the recommended temperature. When they have thickened, let
the liquid evaporate at 175-195ºF (80-90ºC).
Next time, use more liquid.
Always cover the pan with a lid. This way, the automatic regulation works optimally.
