Warning Memory Overflow
Press key Memory overflow occurred during PC
fax job receiving.
Press the Stop button to return to the
default screen.
Warning Access Limitation Error
Deleted Unauthorized User Data Indicates a job being cancelled due to
no print permit:
1. A job received from a user who is
denied printing.
2. A job received from a user who is
denied PC faxing.
Contact your network administrator for
help.
Warning File Erasing Indicates that a secure file is being
erased.
Warning Deleting encrypted job Indicates that an encrypted
authentication print job is being erased.
Warning Erased Data Full The log buffer was full and data was
deleted.
Warning Expired Secure Job
Press key Indicates that an applicable job has
been automatically deleted as the
retention period for authentication
printing has expired.
