TRANSMITTED LIGHT BRIGHTFIELD
OBSERVATION PROCEDURE
}The following flow shows the operating procedure for the transmitted light brightfield observation which is the basic obser-
vation method of this microscope. The operating procedures for phase contrast observation and DIC observation will be
described separately in Chapter 5, “OTHER OBSERVATION METHODS” on page 28.
For the fluorescence observation, refer to the separate instruction manual entitled “Reflected Fluorescence System”.

Start observation.
Set the main switch to “ I ” (ON).

Disengage the filter other than the
