To Set the Clock
When you first turn on the VCR,

appears in the clock area of the VCRÕs display panel.
The clock must be set before you can use the VCR for express (XPR), VCR Plus+, or
timer recordings.

To Add or Remove Channels from VCR’s Channel Memory
You may want to add or remove channels if some of the channels are not active, have weak
signals, or you do not want to watch them.

to turn on the VCR, audio/video receiver,
TV, and tune the TV to channel 91 (Input 1). This also
sets the remote to control the VCR.

on the remote to display the
VCR MAIN MENU
on the TV screen.

CHANNEL SETUP
menu.

ADD/REMOVE CHANNELS
menu.

. Enter the channel number or use
CHANNEL up or
down
to tune to the channel you want to add or
delete. Then follow the directions on the screen.

CLEAR
to remove the channel from the channel
list and press
DISPLAY
to add the channel to the
channel list.

to turn on the VCR, audio/video
receiver, TV, and tune the TV to channel 91 (Input 1).
This also sets the remote to control the VCR.

the remote.

from the TV screen and start the clock.
The time will appear in the VCRÕs display panel
and the time and date will appear on the TV screen
whenever you press
DISPLAY
while in the
VCR mode
