Developing Applications 3-1
D E V E L O P I N G A P P L I C A T I O N S
Developing applications is a long, detailed process. You cannot
just write the application code. You must also understand the
whole picture. For example, you must create MPCL packets
and assess the application’s memory needs.
This chapter describes this process. Following is a summary:
1. Create any needed MPCL packets (if your application
prints labels).
2. Write the application.
3. Build (compile and link) the application.
4. Use UServe and UClient to copy files to the printer.
5. Test the application.
6. Train the end users.
