was decoded

External receiver (satellite receiver,set-top box,cable TV box,...) (if available) is switched off: switch on the
external receiver

G-LINK cable is not connected: Connect the G-LINK cable and make the necessary settings to control the
external receiver (see chapter 'The GUIDE Plus+

System',section 'Installation of the 'External receiver
1').

Check that your external receiver (if available) sends out teletext data through the scartcable.
Connect therefore the scartcable from the external receiver directly to the TV set and call up the teletext
function on the TV set from a TV channel that transmits teletext data. If no teletext appears,your external
receiver can not be used for the GUIDE Plus+
®
system.
