Flex a stack of envelopes back and forth to loosen them, and then straighten the edges on a level surface.
•
Fan the envelopes. This prevents the edges of the envelopes from sticking together and helps them feed
properly. Do not fold or crease the envelopes.

Move the guide close to the size indicator for the size of envelopes being loaded first.

Locate the stack height limiter and tab. Do not exceed the maximum stack height by forcing media under the stack
height limiter. The maximum stack height for any media is 10 mm (0.4 in.). Overfilling the multipurpose feeder
could cause jams.
