Check the engine oil level
Danger of burns!
♦ Let the engine cool-down.
! Pull-out the oil dip rod.
! Wipe the oil dip rod and push it in.
! Pull-out the oil dip rod.
♦ The oil level must be between the
"min." and "max." marks.
♦ Top up with engine oil if the oil level
is below the "min." mark.
♦ Do not fill up beyond "max.".
Refill engine oil
! Open unit cover.
! Unscrew cap.
! Fill-in engine oil.
♦ Oil types: See "Technical Data".
! Close cap.
! Wait at least 5 Min.
! Check the engine oil level.
! Close unit cover.
Replacing the engine oil and oil
filter
! Provide a collecting container for at
least 4 litres of oil.
! Remove drain plug.
• It is essential to fit a new gasket
when screwing-in the drain screw
again.
• Tighten starting screw with a torque
wrench to 25 Nm.
! Open unit cover.
! Unscrew oil filter.
! Clean the supporting and sealing
surfaces.
! Wet the gasket of the new oil filter
with oil before mounting.
! Tighten new oil filter hand-tight.
! Unscrew cap.
! Fill-in engine oil.
♦ Oil types: See "Technical Data".
! Close cap.
! Wait at least 5 Min.
! Check the engine oil level.
! Close unit cover.
Check and refill hydraulic oil
! Folding up seat.
! Pull-out the oil dip rod.
! Wipe the oil dip rod and push it in.
! Pull-out the oil dip rod.
♦ The oil level must be between the
"min." and "max." marks.
♦ Top up with hydraulic oil if the oil
level is below the "min." mark.
♦ Do not fill up beyond "max.".
