! Screw hand screw in again.
! Fold cover in again.
Moving the sweep machine with
own drive
! Lock the hand brake.
! Open unit cover.
! Turn freewheel spigot at hydraulic
pump by 90°.
! Close unit cover.
EACH TIME BEFORE OPERATION
General instructions
! Park the sweep suction machine on
a level surface.
! Remove the ignition key.
! Lock the hand brake.
Inspection and maintenance work
! Check function of the parking
brake.
! Check operation of illumination and
lighting system
! Check operation of signalling and
warning systems
! Check the tyre air pressure.

! Clean filter.
! Empty the swept material
container.
♦ See "application notes"
! Check the engine oil level.
! Check fuel tank level, refuel, if
necessary.
! Check the (fill) level of the hydraulic
oil.
! Check cooling water level.
! Check the side brush.
! Check the sweep roller.
♦ See "maintenance work"
Established deficiencies must be
removed immediately or the vehicle
must be left still.
Adjust driver seat
• The driver's seat can be adapted to
differently sized drivers by
changing the seat position.
! Pull lever outwards.
! Reposition the seat, release lever.
! Check the seat is locked in position
by moving it forwards and
backwards.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Start-up the machine
! Sit on the driver seat.
! Lock the hand brake.
! Raise main brush and shut it down.
! Raise the side brushes and put
them out of action.
