maintenance interval times.
Maintenance by the customer
Note:
Where maintenance is undertaken by
the customer, all service and
maintenance work must be carried
out by a qualified employee.
KÄRCHER dealer can be called in at
any time if necessary.
Daily maintenance
!
Check the engine oil level.
!
Check roller and side brush for
wear and trapped straps.
!
Clean filter.
!
Check operation of all operating
devices and indicator lights.
Maintenance weekly
!
Check air filter.
!
Check the hydraulic oil level.
Maintenance 50 hours following
initial startup
!
Change the engine oil.
Maintenance every 50 operating
hours
!
For oil change, filling quantity, and
type see Technical Data.
!
Check operation of seat contact
switch.
!
Check voltage, wear, and function
of the drive belt.
!
Check freedom of movement of
Bowden cables and moving parts.
!
Check setting and wear of sealing
strips in sweeping area.
!
Check the tyre air pressure.
!
Check fuel lines and hose clamps.
Maintenance every 100 operating
hours

Clean air filter.
!
Replace air filter during every
6. cleaning operation.

Checking the battery acid level.
Maintenance 125 hours after initial
startup, then every 75 operating

Change the engine oil.

Replace oil filter during every 2. oil

Safety instructions
Preparations
!
Stand sweeper on a flat surface.
!
If the motor is operating, stop
motor.
!
Remove the ignition key.
!
Lock the hand brake.
Established deficiencies must be
removed immediately or the vehicle
must be left still.
Opening and closing unit cover
Open unit cover
!
Pull fairing upwards.
!
Unscrew hand screw at the inside
of the unit cover.
!
Tilt unit cover frontwards onto cable
stop.
Close unit cover
!
Tilt back unit cover.
!
Screw hand screw in again.
!
Fold cover in again.
