! Set throttle lever to approx 1/2 of
max. speed.
! Turn ignition to position 1
(preglow).
! Do not operate accelerator pedals.
! Turn the ignition key beyond
position 1 after the indicator lamp
goes out. (Electric start of engine)
Never actuate the starter motor for
more than 10 s.
Wait at least 10 s before actuating the
starter motor again.
Note:
• The machine is equipped with a
seat contact switch. The machine
switches-off when the operator
leaves the driver seat.
Sweeping operation
♦ Never sweep up packing straps,
wires or the like as this could
damage the sweeping mechanism.
! Lower the main brush and begin
operation.
! Lower side brush and start up.
Main brush settings
! Raise the sweep roller.
! Open unit cover.
! Set trigger to "floating" or to "fixed".
! Close unit cover.
Floating main brush
• With its dead weight the main brush
rests on the floor and adapts to the
uneveness of the surface.
Fixed main brush
• The sweeping pattern is rigidly
fixed.
Sweeping a dry surface
! Switch on dust pick-up.
! Lower the main brush and begin
operation.
