Erasing Phone Book Entries
To erase Phone Book entries:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Phone Book.
3. Press for Erase. Entry.
4. Press for By Name, or press for By Memory #.
5. Enter the name or number corresponding to the entry you
want to erase. You can also scroll to locate the desired entry.
6. Press to erase the displayed entry. The “ERASED”
notification displays, along with the name, number, and
location.

Dialing from Your Personal Phone Book
ialing numbers from your phone book is quick and easy. There are
ve methods explained below which are easily memorized. Check
hem out. Now, since it’s unlikely that you will memorize who is in
ll 199 locations (or even say 25 locations), then the best approach
to use 1, 2, or 3 touch “Turbo” dialing for your important numbers
mom, dad, best friend, boss, etc.) and then use the “scroll to the
umber” method for those numbers that you don’t call very often.

Scroll to the number: From Standby mode, press the key
twice to enter your phone book list. Now,
just scroll through your phone book until
you find the desired person or number,
and then press the
key.
1-Touch Turbo Dial: Press and hold the associated digit key for
the location (applies to memory locations
1 through 9).
2-Touch Turbo Dial: Press and release the first associated digit
key, and then press and hold the second
digit key (applies to memory locations 10
through 99).
3-Touch Turbo Dial: Press and release the first associated digit
key, then press and release the second
digit key, then press and hold the third
digit key (applies to memory locations
100 through 199).
Speed Dialing: From Standby mode, enter the number of
the memory location, and press
the
key.
