Personal Phone Book
Storing Phone Numbers / Names
To store phone numbers / names:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.
2. Press
for Phone Book.
3. Press
for Add Entry. The screen prompts for the phone
number. (You can enter up to 32 digits.)
4. Enter the phone number by pressing the digit keys.The
number displays from left to right.
5. To store the phone number, press
. The first available
location displays.
6. To accept the displayed location, press
. To select
another location, press the scroll keys to scroll to the desired
location, and then press
. (You can also enter the
number of the desired location using the digit keys.)
Note: To make the number secret, store it in any location between
160 and 199.
7. To include a name with the number entry, enter the name at
the screen prompt. (See “Alphabetical Character Entry” on page
28.)
8. Press
to save the entry.
Note: If the desired memory location already contains an entry, the
phone displays a text notification asking if you want to replace the
current entry. To replace the entry, press
.
To return to the previous screen and select another location,
press .

Overview of Your Personal Phone Book
he Internal Phone Book provides the following features:
• 199 memory locations * including:
9 one-touch turbo dial locations (1 through 9)
90 two-touch turbo dial locations (10 through 99)
100 three-touch turbo dial locations (100 through 199)
40 Secret memory locations (160 through 199)
• One-touch Voice Mail access key *
• One-touch emergency dialing to 911 (location 9).
• No Correction Required - Leave as it is.
• Confirmation option when overwriting or erasing entries in the
Phone Book and Call Logs
• Automatic scrolling to the next available location, when saving
entries
• Adding entries by name or location
• One-touch search of entries by name or memory location
• Speed Dialing (One,Two, and Three-touch Dialing)
• Placing a call to the displayed Phone Book entry
• Pause Dialing
• Prepending phone numbers to a 10 digit maximum
• Phone Book match for Incoming / Outgoing Calls, Call Waiting,
Three-Way Calling, and SMS Messages
• Name / Number display when entry includes name
• “Save to Phone Book” option at call end if phone number is not
currently stored
