Finding Entries by Name
To find a Phone Book entry by name using the Main Menu:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.
2. Press
for Phone Book.
3. Press for
Find
Name.
4. Begin entering the letters of the name you are searching by
pressing the alphanumeric keys. The screen displays name
matches as you enter the letters of the name. (You can scroll to
the desired name.)
5. When the desired entry displays, press
to place
a call.
Viewing Secret Phone Book Entries
Storing a number in Phone Book memory locations 160 through
199 enables you to keep the number secret. Unless you know your
phone’s lock code, a secret number cannot be viewed. To view a
secret number after you have stored it:
1. Access the memory location and enter your four digit lock
code.
2. The secret number displays.

Quick Access Phone Book Search
o find a phone book entry quickly by either name or location:
1. By Location - Press the upper portion of the
key, and
the screen prompts for a memory location. Enter the memory
location, or scroll to the desired location.
2. By Name - Press the lower portion of the
key, and the
screen prompts for a name. Begin entering the letters of the
name and the corresponding names begin to appear, or scroll
to the desired name.
Finding Entries By Location
o find a Phone Book entry by location using the Main Menu:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.
2. Press
for Phone Book.
3. Press
for Find Entry. The screen prompts for a
location.
4. Enter the memory location by pressing the associated digit
key(s), or scroll to the desired location, and then press
to display the selected entry.
5. When the desired entry displays, press
to place a call.
