Example: Writing a text message.

There are two different methods for changing Text Input Mode, depending on which mode you are holding the device
(Portrait or Landscape). In Portrait mode a 3x4 numeric keypad displays with the default set to T9Ab (predictive text)
mode. In Landscape mode a QWERTY keypad displays in Abc (text) mode.
To change the text input mode:

Tap the screen to display the keypad.

Touch the T9Abc key and select one of the following options:
• Abc
• ABC
• abc
• Numeric
• Symbols

Touch Shift to toggle T9 mode from T9Abc to T9ABC, or T9abc.
