2. Touch New or Update (if this number is not already listed in your Contacts).
3. Touch the phone number type: Mobile, Home, Work, or Other.

Send message
During the call you can send a text or picture message. For more information, refer to “Text Messages” on page 49.

Automatic screen lock
During a call, if you select the Automatic screen lock option your screen locks to prevent accidental screen presses. To
temporarily unlock the screen, press the lock key (on the right side of the phone). Touch More
➔ Automatic screen lock
off to deactivate this feature.
Memo
To create a memo during a call:
1. Touch More ➔ Memo. For more information, refer to “Memo” on page 75.
Swapping Calls

Touch the Swap icon to place the current call on hold and then activate the previous waiting call.
Accessing the Contacts List During a Call
You can search for a number in Contacts during a call.
1. Touch the Contacts icon to access the Contact lists.
2. Press when you are finished.
Ending a Call
1. Briefly press the key to end the call.
