Using the

ndd

Utility in Interactive Mode

To modify a parameter value in interactive mode, start the utility as shown below.

The

ndd

utility prompts for the name of a parameter:

After you type the parameter name, the

ndd

utility prompts for the parameter value.

For example, if you want to disable LANCE mode, you would type:

To display a parameter value, start the

ndd

utility, type a parameter name, and

press the Return key until the value is displayed.

Press the Return key at the

of a selected parameter. For example, to display the value of the
