GPRS connection
(General Packet Radio Service)
With packet data technology which
connects only to send/receive data in
packets.
To configure this access point:
• Connection name : your choice
• Data bearer : GPRS
• Access point name : from provider
• User name : from provider
• Prompt password : choose Yes if you
want to key it in every logon
• Password : from provider if required
• Authentication : from provider
• Gateway IP address : from provider

text/data communication (if the network
supports it)
• When needed Use only GPRS if an appli-

Access point
If you want to use your phone as a
modem to your computer, an access
point name is needed.
