Calendar views

Icons used in day and week view:

Meeting

Memo

Anniversary

Day view
The entries of the current day are

displayed in chronological order.

Memos and Anniversaries are placed

at the top of the list.
To display/edit an entry, select it and

press the joystick.
To see the next/previous day move

the joystick to the right/left.
Week view
The days of the week are displayed in

seven columns. Today’s day is under-

lined. Memos and Anniversaries are

placed before 8 o’clock. Meetings are

displayed with coloured bars indicat-

ing the time span.
For the day view of an entry, select a

coloured cell and press the joystick.

Then open the entry as in day view.
Month view
The weeks of the month are dis-

played in a row. Today’s date is un-

derlined. Dates with entries are

marked with a small triangle. The

currently selected date is marked by

a frame.

For the day view of an entry, select

the date and press the joystick.

Calendar options

Depends on the current situation.

Open, New entry, Week view, Month view,

Delete entry, Go to date, Send, Settings,

Exit.

Most relevant functions:

Go to date

To go to a specific date,

key in the date and

press

OK.

Delete entry

Choose between:

Before date

All entries
