4) The C4630 SE is factory-programmed for the following C4630 SE Main Keypad functions:
• • PP RR EE SS SS aannyy SS O O U U RR C C EE BBuuttttoonn:: Turns the local zone ON with that source.
• • PP RR EE SS SS --A A N N D D --H H O O LL D D aannyy SS O O U U RR C C EE BBuuttttoonn:: Activates PARTY MODE with that source for all zones.
• • PP RR EE SS SS tthhee V V O O LL U U M M EE U U PP //D D O O W W N N BBuuttttoonnss:: Raise and lower the volume in the local zone.
• • PP RR EE SS SS tthhee M M U U TT EE BBuuttttoonn:: Mutes/un-Mute the local zone.

5) A R EPEAT U NTIL B UTTON I S R ELEASED command in the P RESS level will defeat the P RESS -A ND -H OLD level for that button.
Building Macros
Individual keypad button macros are programmed in the
M
ACRO E DITOR window. To open M ACRO E DITOR :
1. Open the D EVICE screen (see Figure 41, on page 31).
2. If the system has more than one C4630 SE, use the
D EVICE S ELECTOR (see Figure 41) to select the one you
want to program. The Zone 1 programming screen
for that C4630 SE will appear (see
Figure 42).
• The Zone 1 programming screen will include one
set of V OLUME U P /D OWN , M UTE and Z ONE OFF but-
tons and four sets of Z ONE S OURCE C ONTROL and
N UMERIC K EYPAD buttons (one for each source).
The source names you selected on the S OURCE
S ETUP screen (see Figure 39, on page 30) will
appear on the four S OURCE buttons.
3. Right-click on the button you want to create or modify
a macro for.
• If the button already has been programmed with
a macro (a M ACRO I NDICATOR appears on the
button) select E DIT M ACRO .
• If the button has not been programmed with a macro (no M ACRO I NDICATOR appears on the button) select C REATE M ACRO .
The M ACRO E DITOR screen will appear. See Figure 43, on page 33.
