Setting Speed Dialing for 10-4 Entries
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Contacts and press .
3. Highlight Speed Dial #s and press .
4. Highlight an unassigned number and press .
ᮣ When you highlight an assigned number and press ,
you’ll be asked whether you want to overwrite the assigned
number. Select Yes or No, or you can also select Unassign to
cancel the stored speed dial.
5. Press (left softkey), highlight the list from which you
want to set a speed dial (Company List, Company GRP.,
Personal List, or Personal GRP.) and press
.
6. Select the contact and press .

Select the group and press
, select an option, and
press .
ᮣ Assign to assign the selected group as a speed dial.
ᮣ Details to display the group details. You can select the entry
from the group list.
To use Speed Dial for a 10-4 entry:
ᮣ From standby mode, press the appropriate key and press and
hold .
