Enter silent mode
You can silence the tones your keypad makes whenever you
press a key.
• In standby mode, press and hold . Entering Silent
Mode briefly appears in the display and your phone
returns to standby mode.
Exit silent mode
• In standby mode, press and hold . Exit Silent Mode
briefly appears in the display and your phone returns to
standby mode.
Vibrate mode
• In standby mode, repeatedly press the volume key ( )
down until
Vibrate appears in the display. The volume key
is on the left side of phone, next to the Send key ( ).
Adjust the ringer setting
1. In standby mode, repeatedly press the volume key ( )
on the left side of the phone up or down. Options are:
2. Press once you’re satisfied with the setting. The
phone returns to standby mode.
You can also enter the Volume/Vibrate sub menu by
pressing the left soft key ( ) Menu , then , ,
, . Use the volume key to adjust the ringer setting.
The vibrate icon ( ) appears in the display when the phone
is in Vibrate or Vibrate+Ring mode.
