LED are unlit, either the AC power cord is
not installed properly or the power supply fuse has failed. If the
AC OK
LED is lit and
the
DC OK
LED is unlit, the AC power supply is not installed properly or the power
supply has an internal failure.

DC Power Supply LEDs in EX3200 and EX4200 Switches
The DC power supply in an EX3200 or EX4200 switch is on the rear panel. Table 14
on page 30 describes the LEDs on the DC power supplies in EX3200 and EX4200
