b. Use the following SRN table (Table 1-9) to continue service.
c. After using Table 1-9, go to “Step 0620-012” on page 1-26.

a. The diagnostics did not detect a problem, therefore the problem is in SP Switch.
b. Go to “Step 0620-041” on page 1-35.
