If both the POWER GXT120P and the POWER GXT255P are installed, the
POWER GXT255P must be installed in slot 2 or 3.

installed in slots next to each other.
3.1.5 Service Package
Service package kit (# 3752) contains service publications, wrap plugs, and
diagnostic CD-ROM. It also includes Maintenance Analysis Procedures
(MAPs) that are not common to other RS/6000 systems. The

Information for Multiple Bus Systems, SA38-0509 contains information
common to all multiple bus units and is used primarily for problem isolation by
a customer’s service specialist trained on the unit being serviced.
These publications are intended to be used in the customer’s enterprise by
the customer’s own service specialists, and not by IBM Service personnel.
Two wrap plugs are included for use in diagnostic testing of the following
connections to the system units:
• RS-232 serial I/O port
• Parallel I/O port
This kit also contains a system diagnostic CD-ROM, along with a test diskette
for use by the customer service specialist (not by IBM service personnel).
