Extended Menus
This option turns extended menus on or off. When Extended Menus are off, you
cannot access any of the extended features. See “Short and Extended Menus” on
page 31 for more information.
Show Time and Date
Select this option to display the current time and date. Press any key to exit this
screen.
Set Time and Date
Select this option to set the current time and date. Enter the date in the international
date format (day/month/year).
Set Time Format
Use this option to change the time to either 12-hour or 24-hour format.
Backlight
This option controls the keypad backlight. The Normal setting sets the backlight to
come on any time you press a button to remain on during keyboard activity. The
Continuous setting keeps the backlight on until you select either Normal or Off.
Selecting Off helps your battery last longer by preventing the backlight from coming
on during keyboard activity.
