Tap the desired character to place it at the
cursor location in the entry window.
Your phone predicts the pinyin you are
spelling, and highlights the next letters you
can type to finish the word.
Zhuyin keyboard
In a text entry window,
tap the entry method
drop-down menu and
tap Zhuyin Board to enter
words using Zhuyin characters.
English keyboard
In a text entry window,
tap the entry method
drop-down menu and
tap English Keyboard to
enter letters and numbers
at the cursor location.
numeric pad
In a text entry window,
tap the entry method
drop-down menu and
tap Numeric Pad to enter
digits or numeric symbols
at the cursor location.
function buttons
Tap t with any text entry method to open
the symbol pad, to enter a symbol at the
cursor location. Tap r to lock or unlock the
symbol pad. Tap other buttons to perform the
following functions:
w Delete character to left of cursor.
v Move cursor to next line.
u Enter space at cursor location.
