Clock Adjust (0)
The clock adjust parameter adds or subtracts seconds / day from the time of day clock.
Enter a positive number to add seconds or a negative number to subtract seconds / day
form the time of day clock.
ID Database
Use the ID Database menu to configure the DT220’s built in database. Selections 1..6 are
used to configure the 6 database tables available in the DT220. Selection 7 provides a
means of setting the printer ticket and transaction sequence number. Selection 8 provides
a means of resetting the ID tables to default. Selection 9 is to rebuild a corrupted
database.
Database Tables (selection 1..6)
The display provides the following menu for each table:
1 Table Name: Nnnnnnn
2 Edit Table Options
3 Edit Numeric Register Names
4 Edit Text Register Names
The Table Name is used in prompts and printing to identify the ID table being worked
on. The default table names are:
Table 1: Vehicle
Table 2: Customer
Table 3: Product
Table 4: Transaction
Table 5: ID5
Table 6: ID6
The Edit Table Options menu has the following selections and functions.
Disable table edit
: Y/N
Disable numeric register edit 1&2 : Y/N
Disable numeric register edit 3&4 : Y/N
Disable numeric register edit 5&6 : Y/N
Disable text register edit 2&3
: Y/N
Disable text register edit 4&5
: Y/N
Auto erase ID records
: Y/N
Disable table edit, if “Y” (yes) is selected the table will become read only disabling the
ability to edit/change any of the table values from the keyboard using the ID Tables key
(Totals, Subtotals, Tare, Weigh-in weight etc;) default = N
