Preparations
• Connect playback VCR (this VCR) to record VCR and TV. See page 50.
• Prepare the playback VCR (this VCR) as follows.
• Insert recorded cassette.
• Play tape a little to adjust tracking.
• Prepare the record VCR as follows.
• Insert a cassette with record prevention tab in place.
• Press the AVX select button to select the external input (LINE).
• Turn TV power on. Select channel for VCR use.
[Operating Playback VTR (this VTR)]
1. Aim the remote control at the receiver on the front panel of the VCR.
2. Press EDIT button
• The display below appears on the TV screen.
SYNCHRO EDIT
START 0:05:20
PRESS
EDIT TO SET
*TO END PRESS
CLEAR
The "START" flashes prompting you to select the start of the program you want to copy.
3. Locate the beginning of the program you want to copy with the SHUTTLE ring or PLAY, REW, F.FWD
button.
