6 LINE/PHONO switch
Set to [LINE] when connecting a line-level output device (multi player, etc.) to
the [CH3] / [CH4] input terminals.
Set to [PHONO] when connecting a phono-level (MM cartridge) output device
(turntable, etc.) to the [CH3] / [CH4] input terminals.
7 LINE/PHONO input terminals
Connection for a phono-level (MM cartridge) output device (turntable, etc.) or
a line-level output device (multi player, etc.). You can switch the input source
depending on the connected device using the
[LINE/PHONO] switch on the
unit's rear panel.
• Set the [ A, PHONO/LINE, B] switch on the top of the unit to
[PHONO/LINE] before connecting a device.
8 LINE input terminals
Connection for a line-level output device (multi player, etc.).
• Set the [ A, LINE, B] switch on the top of the unit to [LINE] before
connecting a device.
9 DMX output terminal
This is a DMX interface for rekordbox to enable lighting effects to be
synchronized with music.
Lighting information set in Lighting mode in rekordbox can be sent as DMX
signals from the unit to a DMX compatible lighting fixture. Also, when using
Performance mode in rekordbox, you can synchronize lighting effects with the
music played by a DJ.
10 USB port (USB B)
Connection for a PC/Mac.
• Be sure to use the USB cable specified below.
– To connect to a USB Type-C port: use the USB cable supplied with the unit
or a USB 2.0 compliant cable
– To connect to a USB Type-A port: use a USB cable certified to the
appropriate standard with a length of 3 m or less
• When using a USB hub, be sure it's a product recommended by the
manufacturer of your PC/Mac.
