Turning On the Monitor
Follow these steps to turn on your computer and monitor(s):
1. Turn on your computer. (If you turn on the monitor before
the computer, the monitor’s LCD may display an error
message until you turn on the computer.)
2. To turn on the monitor, press the power button on the
left side of the control panel. The LCD first displays
W a i t . . . . S t a r t u p a n d t h e n F / w r e l e a s e n . n n ,
where n.nn is your monitor’s firmware release number.
Then you see the message Test in progress for two or
three seconds while the monitor performs internal tests.
