12. Reference Signal Input Connector
It is used to input the external 10 MHz
reference clock signal which is usually used to
realize the synchronization with other
instruments. For more information about the
external clock signal specification of this
connector, please refer to the data sheet.
13. Reference Signal Output Connector
It is used to output the 10 MHz reference clock
signal generated by the internal crystal
oscillator of the instrument and usually used
to realize the synchronization with other
instruments. For more information about the
output clock signal specification of this
connector, please refer to the data sheet.
To Use DSG3000 for the First Time
To Connect to Power
Please connect the signal generator to AC power supply using the power cord
supplied in the accessories as shown in the figure below. The AC power supplies
supported by this signal generator are 100-240 V, 45-440 Hz. The maximum input
power of the instrument cannot exceed 60 W. When the signal generator is
connected to AC power supply via this connector, the instrument select the correct
voltage range automatically and users do not need to select the voltage range
manually.
