PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSES

The smoke
extraction motor
does not work.
1. No electrical supply to the stove.
2. The motor is broken.
3. Defective electronic board.
4. Control panel broken.

Check the supply voltage and the
protection fuse.

Check the motor and capacitor
and replace if necessary.

Replace electronic board.

Replace the control panel.
The convection air
fan runs
continuously.

Temperature sensor defective or
broken.

Fan broken.

Check the operation of the
sensor and replace if necessary.

Remote control does
not work
7. Remote control batteries flat.
8. Remote control broken.

In the automatic
position the stove

9. Room thermostat set to maximum.

The stove does not
run
12. Lack of electricity supply.
13. Pellet sensor in lockout.

15. Pressure switch broken (lockout
indicated).
16. Smoke outlet or duct blocked.
12. Check that the electric socket is
plugged in and that the main switch
is in position “I”.
13. Clear lockout by resetting the rear
thermostat,
replace the
thermostat if it happens again.
14. Replace the fuse.
15. Replace the pressure switch.
16. Clean the smoke outlet and/or
smoke duct.

guarantee lapses if this condition is not respected.
