6. PROBLEMS / CAUSES / SOLUTIONS
ATTENTION: All repairs must be carried out
exclusively by a specialised technician, with
the stove completely cold and the electric
plug pulled out.

Pellets not being fed
into the combustion
chamber.
1. Pellet hopper empty.
2. Reducing motor for screw feed
faulty.
3. Defective electronic board.
4. Screw feed blocked.
1. Refill pellet hopper.
2. Replace reduction motor.
3. Replace electronic board.
4. Unblock the screw feed and
clean the hopper.
The fire goes out or
the stove stops
automatically.
5. Pellet hopper empty.
6. Pellets not being fed in.
7. Intervention of pellet temperature
sensor.
8. Door not closed properly or gaskets
worn.
9. Unsuitable pellets.
10. Low pellet feed rate.
11. Combustion chamber dirty.
12. Smoke outlet obstructed.
13. Pressure switch broken or defective.
14. Smoke extraction motor failed.

Refill pellet hopper.

Let the stove cool down
completely, reset the thermostat till
lockout ceases, relight stove; if
problem persists, contact technical
assistance.

Close the door or replace the
gaskets with original spare
parts.

Change to a type of pellet
recommended by the
manufacturer.
10. Have the fuel feed rate
checked by technical
assistance.
11. Clean the combustion chamber,
following instructions in the
manual.
12. Clean the smoke duct.
13. Replace the pressure switch.
14. Check the motor and replace if
necessary.
The stove runs for a
few minutes and
then goes out.
15. Lighting cycle not completed.
16. Temporary electrical outage.
17. Smoke duct obstructed.

Pellets build up in
grate, door glass
gets dirty and flame
is weak.
20. Insufficient combustion air.

20. Clean the grate and check that all the
airways are clear.
Carry out a general cleaning of the
combustion chamber and the smoke
duct.
Check that the entry of air is not
obstructed.
Check the state of the door gaskets.
21. Change the type of pellet.
22. Check the motor and replace if
necessary.
